Standard Cable Assemblies

50Ω MCX 0.086” Conformable Jumpers

for DC to 6Ghz applications

FCT Electronics has produced RF cable assem-

blies supporting many types of applications for

over 20 years.

To better support customers involved in product

development activities, FCT has developed a

series of common congurations in standard

lengths wi

th high guaranteed performance crite-

ria.

FCT standard MCX cable assemblies use gold

plated brass connectors that have been opti-

mized using Ansoft’s HFSS suite of software for

excellent electrical performance.

Each assembly is tested for VSWR and IL to

ensure actual performance meets FCT speci-

cations using an HP Network Analyzer.

All products are built by FCT using RoHS com-

pliant materials and processes.

FCT still remains available to support custom

lengths, congurations and

meet electrical and

mechanical criteria as specied by customers,

but now these standard options just might take

some of the strain out of cable sourcing.

In addition to these standard 50 Ω MCX assem-

blies, FCT also has a complete range of MCX

connectors.
